As the sun reaches its peak and the light of the longest day surrounds us, this is your invitation to pause, open, and reconnect with the radiance that lives within you.

Radiance Within – A Summer Solstice Celebration is a wholesome day retreat created to support you in embracing your inner light—your vitality, beauty, joy, and natural sense of aliveness—aligned with the expansive energy of the season.
This day retreat will take place from 10:00am – 4:00pm at The Treehouse in Inverness, offering you a full day to rest, restore, and reignite your fire within.

Your experience includes:

Opening Ceremony – Set your intentions for the day through guided reflection and journaling, creating space for clarity and inner connection.

Cacao Ceremony – Drop into the heart with this sacred plant medicine, inviting openness, warmth, and deeper connection within.

Breathwork, Mindful Movement & Yoga Nidra – Awaken the body, release tension, and soften into deep rest through a nurturing and restorative practice.

Wholesome Lunch & Mindful Eating – Enjoy a nourishing seasonal meal while being gently guided into the art of mindful presence with food.

Mindful Awareness in Nature – Connect with the natural world through a gentle walk, inviting grounding, creativity, and sensory awareness.

Metta Meditation – Cultivate loving-kindness and compassion for yourself and others, expanding the heart space.

Sound Bath & Closing Ceremony – Be immersed in soothing sound vibrations before sealing your intentions in a meaningful closing ritual.

This nourishing retreat offers a sacred space to reconnect with yourself, to be held in the energy of the Summer Solstice, and to allow your inner light to shine fully and freely—just as the sun radiates its warmth and brilliance on this powerful day.
